- 2. We Prepare: Our kitchen team gets to work immediately
- 3. On the Way: You’ll get updates as your order heads to you
- 4. Delivered: Hot, fresh pizza at your door within 39 minutes!

Order Requirements
- Minimum order: R100 for delivery
- Maximum for guarantee: 4 pizzas or R500 total value
- Payment: Cash, card, or online – your choice!
When the Promise Doesn’t Apply
We’re honest about when we can’t guarantee 39 minutes:
Weather & Emergencies:
Severe storms, flooding, or dangerous conditions - Power outages or road closures
Busy Times:
Major events (we’ll warn you before you order) - Exceptionally high demand periods
Order Issues:
Wrong address or contact details - Nobody available to receive the order - Very large or complex custom orders
Operational Issues:
Vehicle breakdowns or staff emergencies - Kitchen equipment problems
